Prayer and Bible Study
"How blessed are those who observe His testimonies, who seek Him with all their heart...they walk in His ways." (Psalm 119:2-3)
It is our prayer that any woman who God allows us to serve through this ministry will grow spiritually as a result...through Godly friendships, in her knowledge of His Word, and in her commitment to serve others. Simply put, we want to help women become more and more like Christ.
Discipleship
"They were continually devoting themselves to the apostles' teaching...and to prayer." (Acts 2:42)
The highest priority of this ministry is enabling women to have a deep relationship with Christ. That's why Bible Study and Prayer are so vital. We offer studies and encourage prayer so that you can know Christ intimately.
"and the Lord was adding to their number day by day those who were being saved." (Acts 2:47)
Women like to talk, and we talk about lots of things. But there's nothing more important than talking to others about Jesus and the love He demonstrated by dying on the cross for our sin. We actively look for opportunities to use our "gift of gab" to tell others about Christ!
Outreach
"always seek after that which is good for one another and for all people." (1Thessalonians 5:15)
It is the task of believers to show the love of Christ. Partnering with Women On Mission, we seek out ways to provide for the needs of others--praying that those we serve might come to know Christ as a result.
Missions
"Older women likewise are to be reverent...that they may encourage the young women...so that the Word of God will not be dishonored." (Titus 2:3-5)
God instructs women of all ages to come together for the benefit of instruction and encouragement. We are wise to seek Godly counsel from the women God places around us!
Mentoring
"...and breaking bread from house to house...with gladness and sincerity of heart." (Acts 2:46)
Girls don't have to break bread together to have a good time (well, maybe a little chocolate)! But there's nothing like the company of sisters in Christ, and we're always finding reasons to get together!
